Contract Support - Dartford - 28k - FTC 12 months 25k- 28k
We are seeking a proactive and organised Contract Support Administrator to join our growing team within the Buiding (FM) industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a building, construction, or FM setting within an admin support role
Key Responsibilities:
Use CRM systems to manage workflows and maintain accurate records
Schedule, book, and coordinate engineers for planned and reactive works
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Support the management of contracts, including document control and compliance
Produce and update reports using Excel and Word
Provide general administrative support as required
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in the Facilities Management, construction, or building services industry in an admin role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience using CRM systems
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment
