Job Title: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and General Manager to uphold and develop the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing marketing activities, managing events, overseeing social media and digital campaigns, and coordinating with various teams and external agencies. The role requires creativity, organization, and a strong understanding of the F&B industry and London’s dining scene. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in brand/marketing, preferably within hospitality, and possess excellent communication skills and digital marketing proficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Create content briefs for marketing activations.
2. Develop and propose a localized marketing calendar.
3. Support the execution of restaurant activations and events, managing them as professional projects.
4. Assist in private dining events, coordinating resources and maintaining communication with the global marketing team.
5. Develop and oversee a social media calendar with a localized approach.
6. Manage digital campaigns to increase awareness and build brand loyalty.
7. Coordinate with the brand and operations teams to meet business needs.
8. Assist in creating brand collateral and maintain consistent tone of voice across all platforms.
9. Respond to guest messages across digital platforms.
10. Manage relationships with graphic designers, PR, and digital marketing agencies.
11. Maintain records of challenges and achievements through monthly reports.
12. Ensure brand standards are consistently met.
13. Coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots.
14. Prepare monthly reports including social media, PR, and digital marketing metrics.
Qualifications:
* 4-5 years of experience in brand/marketing, preferably in F&B.
* Proficiency in the local language and understanding of London's F&B scene.
* Hospitality/F&B background.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly organized, creative, and passionate.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience working with operations teams.
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
* Educational background in marketing is preferred.
