Project Planner
Location: Bolton
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the successful delivery of multi-discipline building services projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will ensure projects are planned, managed, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Support planning and delivery of M&E building services projects
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
* Collaborate with teams to meet contractual milestones and project deadlines
* Monitor performance, including financial targets and project schedules
* Provide insight and analysis to support project delivery and client outcomes
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Provide technical support and assist with training where required
About You
Essential:
* HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or relevant experience
* Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical services
* Good understanding of commercial and project delivery across multi-discipline contracts
Desirable:
* Experience in financial or account management
* Ability to manage and motivate site teams
* Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills
