EA / House Manager for a hedgefund founder Location: Mayfair, London (Hybrid: Residence / Private Office / Remote)Contract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Benefits packageOverviewKey ResponsibilitiesHousehold & Private ManagementOversee the daily running of the Mayfair residence, ensuring seamless operations and exemplary service standards at all times.Manage and coordinate household staff, contractors, and external service providers.Maintain a sophisticated personal and social calendar, coordinating family events, private engagements, and high-profile commitments.Plan and manage all travel arrangements, including private jets, chauffeured transport, luxury accommodation, and curated itineraries.Act as the primary liaison for all domestic matters, ensuring privacy, precision, and discretion.Coordinate exclusive private events—from intimate dinners to larger social gatherings—executing every detail to the highest standard.Executive Assistant SupportProvide dedicated EA support to both principals, managing complex international diaries across multiple time zones.Serve as the central point of contact for business communications, liaising with senior executives, advisors, and global stakeholders.Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communications with complete discretion.Anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and proactively resolve issues, allowing the principals to focus on strategic priorities.Ensure effective communication between the household, private office, and external teams across London and the US.Candidate Profile5–8 years’ experience supporting HNW or UHNW individuals in a private household or combined EA/house management setting.Strong knowledge of London’s luxury landscape, including elite services, private members’ clubs, and cultural institutions.Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing demands.Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills; poised and polished at all times.Highly discreet, solutions-oriented, and adaptable, with a hands-on approach when required.Comfortable working flexibly, including outside standard office hours.Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately one week per year) to the couple’s South of France residence.
