Second Line Sales Leadership Role for an IT Services Business.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the strategic mastermind crafting winning sales strategies, building enduring client relationships, and guiding a dynamic team of sales professionals to exceed expectations.
The Role:
* Managing 2 Sales Managers and 14 Business Development Managers/Account Managers
* P&L Responsibility
* Fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts, ensuring we achieve our ambitious revenue and profit targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and driving sustainable growth.
* Captivate customers and partners with compelling presentations, effectively communicating unique value proposition and solutions.
* Work seamlessly with fellow sales managers, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience selling managed services, cloud, SDWAN, connectivity, SD-WAN, cyber security, IT managed services, mobile, IoT or UCaaS/CCaaS would be ideal
* Experience of managing and developing high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving impressive results.
* Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and commercial performance.
* Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Package - Base of £90k + £8k car, £130k to £150k OTE, possible stock options - flexible depending on the experience
