Training Officer Yorkshire OTR Assist XO to plan and execute the training programme, in accordance with the Modular process and CO’s annual Training Directive. Aide in the planning and delivery of the Training Packages in line with RMAS. Provide support and guidance to the OTC Comd Gp on training matters. Other duties as directed by the XO and the Commanding Officer. Nurturing of new undergraduates and identifying potential commissioning candidates.
