Collaborate with experienced M&E Site Managers and Construction Managers, with a clear pathway to becoming a full site manager through your experience and training.

The Role
* Manage M&E installations ensuring safety and quality standards
* Promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment
* Uphold Bridges’ values in interactions with peers, staff, clients, and customers
Requirements
* Experience in M&E or construction environments
* Site health and safety card
* Appropriate trade qualification
* Strong client management and communication skills
* Fit for work medical
* SMSTS certification
* Black CSCS Card
* Water industry experience
* EUSR accreditation
* Certifications in IPAF, PASMA, confined space
