What Will You Be Responsible For?
As a Principal Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Construction Engineering team, leading the delivery of complex construction engineering services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Agreeing on technical requirements with clients and leading the development of fee proposals.
* Overseeing the production of design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and reports.
* Providing leadership to your team, conducting performance reviews, and managing workloads.
* Understanding and implementing sustainable development practices.
* Maintaining relationships with peers and promoting the engineering profession.
What Are We Looking For?
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Are a Chartered member of relevant professional institutions (e.g., CEng MICE) with practical industry experience.
* Have significant experience in a similar role at this level.
