The Job
* Manage and support the human resources operations and system, including payroll, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management and engagement
* Take care of the whole employee journey of our colleagues
* Handle full payroll processes for restaurants
* Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
* Conduct analysis & provide reports for management review
* Handle various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives
What You Need
* Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines with at least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
* Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
* Possess strong communication and collaboration
* Related work experience in F&B is an advantage
* Excellent time management, able to prioritize work and work under pressure
* Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
* Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
