Opportunity to join one of the UK’s best known and most loved brands. Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will lead RDQ activities to complete packaging design and deployment for innovation, growth, and productivity projects across multiple geographies, focusing on delivering the desired consumer experience.
You will independently coordinate technical work in line with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicate status and risks, and manage projects to determine packaging specifications through sampling, supplier management, and factory trials, adhering to good manufacturing practices and HACCP standards. Your responsibilities will include developing packaging designs, specifications, scaling up processes, commissioning, and resource planning, including external agencies and suppliers. You will leverage your understanding of equipment design and manufacturing processes to ensure packaging specifications are of high quality. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, influence decisions based on analysis, develop internal and external connections, and create intellectual property to maintain competitive advantage.
