Responsibilities Manage day-to-day interactions with authorised participants (APs), liquidity providers, market makers, investment teams, and other relevant functions Oversee primary and secondary market trading quality, monitor liquidity, trading spreads and volume, and other trading-related activities Partner with client and sales teams with market, liquidity, and trading analysis and reporting Support new ETF launches and platform enhancements across listings and operations Take an interest in industry trends and changes to provide intel to the internal team Requirements Previous experience in ETF capital markets, trading, operations, or a related discipline Experience with Bloomberg, Excel, Morningstar, and other relevant providers
