The Role The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assisting senior team members with planning applications of varying scales and complexity Preparing and contributing to Local Plan representations Conducting site appraisals Supporting appeal work Engaging with clients and helping maintain excellent working relationships This role is ideal for someone seeking a clear progression path, increasing autonomy, and the chance to develop quickly within a supportive, professional team.
