This is a key role focused on driving team performance, refining sales strategy, and maximising revenue through effective outbound and inbound activity. This opportunity would suit a hands-on sales leader who can balance day-to-day team management with a strategic approach to improving processes, conversion rates, and overall commercial performance. Role Overview You will take responsibility for overseeing a team of telesales representatives, ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining a high standard of customer engagement. You will also play a central role in shaping sales strategy, analysing performance data, and implementing improvements across the function.
