The Role
* Supporting students within the English department, both in and out of the classroom
* Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons
* Providing targeted support to students who may need additional help with literacy
* Encouraging student confidence, participation, and progress

Essential:
* Strong English skills (Language and/or Literature)
* A genuine interest in working with young people
* A proactive and positive attitude
Desirable:
* Previous school or Teaching Assistant experience
* A degree (ideally in English or a related subject)
* Aspirations to become a teacher in the future
