Business Analyst Responsibilities:
* Partnering with stakeholders to capture objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes
* Translating business problems into clear, prioritised requirements that guide solution delivery
* Analysing existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
* Supporting design of to-be processes, testing, and smooth transition into live service
* Building strong business cases by evaluating the impact and benefits of proposed changes
o Ensuring change initiatives stay aligned with the organisation’s strategy and goals
Business Analyst Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (or similar)
* Strong track record delivering business change projects across people, process, and technology
* Skilled in elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques
* Experience working through the full project lifecycle on initiatives of varying size and complexity
* Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile approaches
* Hands-on experience with tools such as Confluence and JIRA
* Ability to produce clear, concise documentation (requirements, gap analyses, business rules)
