 
        
        Overview
The HR Business Partner works with senior leaders in large organizations to partner with the organization on talent strategy. This role is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies and activities that enable commercial growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP drives corporate‑led initiatives, communicates how these programs fit within the overall business and HR strategy, and collaborates across boundaries and geographies. The role regularly aligns with global organizations, regional HR teams, and other HR Centers of Expertise including talent acquisition, talent management, and Total Rewards.
Responsibilities
 * Deeply understand current and future talent within the assigned business area, ensuring top players are deployed and low performers are addressed.
 * Proactively consult with VP or Sr Director HR and assigned leaders on organization design, succession, and development to advance future capabilities and growth.
 * Regularly develop, monitor, and update workforce plans in partnership with business leaders, talent management, and talent acquisition to ensure robust talent pipelines.
 * Collaborate with HR domains outside the HRBP to deliver effective solutions for assigned areas.
 * Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, identifying and acting on gaps in capability or team effectiveness.
 * Anticipate changing market trends and leverage best practice and insights to influence the HR agenda.
 * Lead or support the implementation of business‑specific projects and initiatives to deliver on specific business requirements and outcomes.
 * Act as a business partner, change agent, and member of the line leadership staff.
 * Provide counsel and coaching to leadership and manage the overall business relationship on behalf of HR.
Qualifications
 * Undergraduate degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
 * Experience working with commercial organizations and well‑versed in sales incentive compensation.
 * Proven ability to translate changing business objectives into effective HR strategies, with specific experience in organization design, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and change management.

 * Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and respond to HR and financial metrics; ability to utilize HR metrics and analytics to partner with business leaders.
 * Strong business acumen and understanding of business goals and objectives.
 * Experience driving complex projects to successful completion.
 * Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
