You should be mature enough to work within a positive behavior support framework, accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow as a skilled practitioner. Ability to follow guidelines and work within a supportive team is essential.
Previous experience and relevant qualifications are preferred but not mandatory, as full training, including online e-learning, is provided.
Flexibility is required to cover various shifts, including days, nights, sleep-ins, and waking watches, as the role involves 24/7 care. We will try to accommodate your availability.
This role offers the opportunity to plan with the support circle of individuals to promote their happiness, health, and success. Our person-centered approach involves co-produced planning with individuals and their families, setting meaningful goals.
