Flexy Support is a people-first care agency providing high-quality, reliable support across residential, supported living, and community settings. We are currently recruiting full-time Care Workers to join the team in Cornwall.
The Role
As a full-time Care Worker with Flexy Support, you will provide consistent, person-centred care, supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. This role offers regular hours, stability, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.
Requirements
* FULL UK DRIVING LICENCES REQUIRED
* MOTOR VEHICLE REQUIRED
* NO SPONSORSHIP – will accept 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routines
* Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
* Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
* Completing accurate care notes and reporting concerns
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and on-site teams
