We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented temporary team member to support our European Software Sales and Inside Sales operations. This role will focus on administrative support for Inside Sales and software sales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support: Software Sales Support Evaluate each customer's current software and hardware configuration (consulting stakeholders, internal databases and CRM) from our Active IB to determine completed transitions and compatibility, performance gaps, and upgrade needs for the ones pending to complete. Identify and classify customers who do not have active upgrade projects. Proactively reach out to these clients to explore potential business opportunities. Document and update client configurations, project statuses, and communication logs to support strategic planning and follow-up actions. Collaborate with inside sales and software sales teams to convert upgrade opportunities into actionable projects, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Inside Sales Support Assist in generating quotes for service and software workflow solutions. Manage sales funnel activities including lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and follow-ups. Collaborate with field sales and service teams to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Customer Engagement Respond to customer inquiries related to hardware upgrades and software offerings. Provide product and pricing information as needed. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Qualifications Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or inside sales. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
