About the Role Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dedicated Partnership Officer to join our NEET & Young People team in Bath and Northeast Somerset. This role is pivotal in supporting young people through their journey to gain confidence, learn essential skills, and achieve independence in their transition into further Education, Employment & Training. You will take the time to understand the unique needs of our young people and our partners who support them to help them achieve their aspirations. Your days will be varied, requiring you to work in partnership with various providers and current programs to ensure a supportive pathway for everyone. You will lead on partnership relationships, including employers and key stakeholders to ensure communication is maintained and high-quality outcomes for young people are consistently achieved. You will maintain accurate records and manage your own workload. About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience of delivering NEET projects and/or support to young people who may be disadvantaged and often considered to be furthest from the Labour Market. Relationship management and excellent problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication, and ICT proficiency are also essential. An awareness of the additional barriers young people learning in Alternative Provision and/or oversight of SEND transition support would be an advantage A driving license is required, as well as the ability to travel to throughout Bath and Northeast Somerset for meetings and partner engagement.
