On behalf of our client based in Antrim we are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator. This role is permanent Mon-Frid 9am-5pm (40hpw) (Occasional Saturday work when required) £28-£31200k (depending on experience) Duties Include: Dealing with the shipping invoicing & shipping bookings. Data management system for shipping. Operate Pallet Trace System Consult with other team members throughout the shipping department. Manage customer accounts, load customer details, and terms. Send out terms and conditions to customers. Banking / Dept management. Checking incoming emails daily. Word processing letters & sending out correspondence. Answering telephones and dealing with shipping bookings as and when required. Order cleaning supplies/ office supplies Helping with catering for business meetings as and when required. AOB as and when required. Essential Criteria: 5 GCSEs A-C (include English & Maths) Previous Administration experience working in a busy office environment Excellent Customer Service experience Experience in using accounts package Must be competent in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Ability to multi task on a daily basis Skills: Accounts Admin Administrator Shipping Admin ADZN1_NI
