About you We’re now hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our ranks. Someone who's not just about maintaining relationships but nurturing them to grow as robustly as our AI, Ellie. Do you possess magical persuasive powers, a passion for AI and a knack for thriving in unstructured environments? Do you have a proven track record of selling B2B enterprise products and the grit to make outbound sales work, no matter what? More on the Role Reporting directly to Kate Jarvis, our CEO you'll be the frontline of our sales efforts, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and growing our customer base. Your day to day will involve: Proactively reaching out to potential clients in the property sector, including commercial agents, investors, and property managers. Crafting compelling messages that articulate the value of our AI assistant, Ellie, and how it can revolutionise their workflows. Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for our CEO Kate and Partnership Lead Lu. Finding the right people to speak to in each organisation. Collaborating with marketing to refine our messaging. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and leveraging your knowledge to identify new opportunities. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. What We're Looking For A track record of success in outbound enterprise sales. Experience selling complex or technical products, you like a challenge. Skilled at creating constructive tension in sales conversations, challenging customers' status quo, and guiding them towards innovative solutions. The ability to think on your feet and handle objections with ease. An interest in the property industry and empathy for the challenges faced by professionals in the sector.
