What will you be responsible for?As a Social Value Advisor, you'll be working within the Social Sustainability team, supporting them in delivering our commitment to communities. Your day to day will include:
* Supporting projects with delivery of employment and skills initiatives and monitoring their progress Working collaboratively with our supply chain to ensure delivery targets are met Collecting and recording accurate social value data using our Thrive calculator Representing Kier at community events, career fairs, and school engagements Creating engaging case studies that showcase our positive social impact

We're looking for a Social Value Advisor to join our Kier Construction Scotland team based in Glasgow. Location: Glasgow, Scotland - flexible working, will need to be able to travel across projects / offices in Scotland Hours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
