We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Client in a Well-Established Finance Team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing accounts and preparing financial records
* Providing administrative support to an organization's accounts department
* Updating journals and ledgers, filing financial records and important documentation, and identifying and resolving errors in financial records
* Maintain and reconcile supplier and subcontractor accounts, including regular statement reconciliation
* Maintain supplier and subcontractor records.
* Assist with month-end procedures and audit support.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – comfortable liaising with various stakeholders
* Comfortable learning new computer systems
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
