Salary: £34,434 38,220 Pro Rata (Grade G, Point 23-27 depending on experience)
Actual Salary: £30,245 to £33,570
Starting Date: 1st December 2025
Hours: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Plus 10 Days
Due to the current post holder’s impending retirement, the Governing Body of Kearsley West Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. Our new school business manager will manage all aspects of the business of the school outside of teaching and learning, including finance, human resources, estate management, health and safety and administration. This post carries the responsibility for the line management of office staff, caretaker and the lunchtime supervision team. The post holder will also be a member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team.
Kearsley West is a small, friendly primary and nursery school with a stable and committed staff team. We pride ourselves on nurturing each child as an individual. In December 2024 the school was graded ‘Good’ in all aspects by Ofsted. We are looking for someone who will relish the opportunity to keep our lovely school working smoothly and efficiently. This post is suitable for a newly qualified SBM, or someone with relevant experience.
