Commercial Property Solicitor – Manchester £50k
The firm has a strong reputation in the regional market and acts for a broad range of commercial clients including landlords, developers, investors and corporate occupiers. It is known for delivering commercially focused advice and maintaining long-standing client relationships.
The Role
You will join an experienced and collaborative team advising on a varied caseload of landlord and tenant matters.
The role will involve:
* Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of new leases
* Lease renewals and regears
* Portfolio management work
* Supporting on acquisitions and disposals with a strong asset management focus
* Providing strategic, commercially minded advice to clients
You will have responsibility for your own files while also working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.
Your Requirements
* 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong landlord and tenant experience
* Comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision
* Commercially aware with strong client care skills
* Keen to get involved in business development
