Regional Support Manager (Clinical) - Midlands and Northwest Region
At Avery Healthcare, we champion our staff and residents. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Support Manager to support our homes across the Midlands & North West Region.
Responsibilities
* Provide focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service.
* Stand in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home.
* Identify challenges and recommend effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director.
* Interpret quality and performance data and advise on actions to drive continuous improvement.
* Represent Avery's values in all interactions, demonstrating caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable behaviours.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Care Home management roles.
* Hold a Nursing Qualification with an active NMC pin.
* Experience in supporting homes at a regional level.
* Strong staff supervision and development skills.
* Hold NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes.
