Role and Responsibilities:
The Regional Fleet Manager (RFM) will oversee the safety, compliance, availability, and cost of the Fleet (DSP/EDSP and IH S channels) in the region. Responsibilities include executing central fleet strategies, leveraging regional best practices, and playing a key role within the larger operations organization. The RFM will focus on four key KRAs: fleet availability & capacity, utilization & costs, compliance & safety, and program launches & scaling. They will manage fleet escalations, regional payments, and work with various partners to standardize and optimize fleet operations, including transitioning to electric vehicles and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
The role involves planning fleet requirements, optimizing utilization, managing costs, ensuring vehicle safety and compliance, leading program launches, driving change management, and supporting escalation management for fleet-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
* 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
