Working Monday to Friday 0800-1600 but flexibility will be required Responsibilities: As a Operational Safety & Risk Coordinator, you will: Assist in the creation, review, and updating of risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work. Conduct on-site monitoring of operational tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Identify unsafe conditions or behaviours and support corrective actions by positively engaging with operational teams. Work with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture. Support incident reporting, near-miss reporting, and follow-up investigations. Ensure documentation is kept accurate and up to date. Assist with toolbox talks, briefings, and basic safety training where needed. To work closely with management, HR and Corporate Health & Safety.
