BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT (HYBRID REMOTE)
Mainly Remote | £13-15 p/hour + Uncapped Commissions (Higher Than Market Average) & Bonuses | Part-Time with Flexible Hours
Razor Consulting – Business Management is growing fast, and we're looking for a confident, self-motivated Business Development Assistant to help us reach new clients and drive our business forward. This is a role for someone who can think on their feet, work independently, and build trust with clients from the very first conversation.
Location:
This is a hybrid remote role – you'll mainly work from home after a short training period, but you must live within a commutable distance of our office and be able to attend networking and business events when required.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position (approx. 12–20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if you excel. You'll work closely with the Director but will have the freedom to develop your own sales pitches, find opportunities, and make your mark.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Contacting new, existing and prospective clients via phone, email and LinkedIn
* Developing tailored sales pitches for each service and client's needs
* Creating compelling social media posts and email campaigns
* Calling warm leads and setting appointments for the Director
* Selling our fixed-price service packages
* Keeping our CRM, client database and platforms up to date
* Preparing and sending quotes, proposals and invoices
* Sourcing opportunities from networking events, LinkedIn and other channels
* Representing Razor at business and networking events
Full training will be given on all company systems and platforms.

Pay & Perks:
* £13-15 per hour
* Uncapped commission structure at a higher percentage than the market average – earn on all leads passed to the Director that convert into sales and on all direct sales you make
