Overview of the role is detailed below: Client correspondence, written and verbal Processing new business, pension, investment & protection Chasing providers/insurers Preparation of client review packs Arranging client meetings and managing the financial planner's diary Illustration requests Accurate use of IO/Intelligent Office software Maintain client records and ensure client files are well presented, accurate and compliant.
