* Opportunities to be involved in wider assurance and advisory work
* Participating in team initiatives, technical updates and firm‑wide training

Skills and experience required

* Strong audit background with solid technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
* Experience managing audit teams and multiple assignments
* Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and Boards
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
* A collaborative, inclusive approach to leadership
* Experience auditing clients in the social housing and/or not‑for‑profit sector

Why apply?

* Work with purpose‑driven organisations making a real social impact
* Opportunity to develop a specialism in Social Housing
* National client exposure with flexible location options
* Supportive, approachable culture with clear progression opportunities
* Flexible and part‑time working considered

Ambition is committed to creating inclusive shortlists and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds. Reasonable adjustments can be provided at any stage of the recruitment process.
