What you’ll do Develop and execute Rotork’s customer communication strategy through email and CRM. Design automated, personalised email journeys that enhance engagement and drive results. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Work with external vendors and platform providers to optimise performance and maintain compliance with global email regulations. What you’ll bring 3–5 years’ experience in email marketing or CRM (B2B or industrial experience preferred). Proficiency with CE Outbound Marketing Strong skills in CRM segmentation and automation workflows. Bonus experience: GDPR compliance, behavioural marketing, and multilingual campaign localisation.
