We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for POS applications in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incidents, problems, and change requests within SLA targets
* Troubleshoot and debug issues across Swift-based POS applications and Java microservices
* Perform log analysis, service dependency tracing, and root cause investigation
* Support production releases, upgrades, and critical business events
* Coordinate with engineering and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution
* Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth shift handovers
Required Skills:
* Strong Production/Application Support experience
* Swift (iOS) and Java microservices troubleshooting
* Incident, Problem, and Change Management
* Log analysis and distributed systems debugging
* Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
