Main Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership to provide insight and advice on people management strategies aligned with business goals.
* Provide expert guidance across the HR remit, ensuring employment practices reflect our culture, values, policies, and best practices.
* Analyze HR trends and workforce data to proactively recommend HR solutions.
* Partner with leaders to develop their capability in handling people management challenges and support employee relations issues.
* Support change management initiatives during organizational transformations.
* Assist leadership in identifying talent gaps and creating workforce planning and succession strategies, including retention plans.
* Review HR processes and systems for efficiency and alignment with business needs, informed by market trends.
* Collaborate across teams to create accurate, effective processes and systems that are user-friendly.
* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
* Implement employee lifecycle strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
* Ensure equitable benchmarking and salary banding decisions to promote retention.
What you'll need to succeed
* Extensive experience as a senior HR Advisor or HRBP
* Strong knowledge of employment law, CIPD Level 5 or higher
* Proven experience in ER casework
* Exposure to HR projects
