Overview
This is a key position within the Asset Management team and will be responsible for the delivery of an annual investment plan across the business's property portfolio with an emphasis on maintaing the Decent Homes Standard.
Responsibilities
* To deliver capital improvements on time, within budget to quality standard. This could includeDecent Homes, Aids & Adaptations and other investment projects.
* Ensure effective procurement and contract management of contractors by leading compliant and value-driven procurement processes, negotiating robust contract terms and overseeing contactor performand and delivery.
