Salary: A GBP 30,000 : A GBP 37,000 + Bonus (OTE A GBP 33,000 : A GBP 40,000)

As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring high:quality service delivery while supporting daily operations and team coordination.
Your Role as Service Advisor :
In this position, you will manage customer interactions from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, ensuring a professional and efficient service throughout. You will coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Greet customers professionally, understand their requirements, and ensure all vehicle concerns are accurately recorded and communicated.
* Schedule appointments, prepare job cards, and liaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth and timely vehicle turnaround.
* Provide clear updates, timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring customers remain informed throughout the process.
* Recommend additional services and maintenance where appropriate, supporting revenue growth while maintaining customer trust.
* Assist with front:of:house activities and support team coordination and daily workflow management.
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates in line with internal processes and standards.
What Youll Bring to the Service Advisor Role:
* Previous experience in an automotive service, customer service, or aftersales environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer:focused mindset.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast:paced environment.
* Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems.
* Proficiency with IT systems, including dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem:solving ability.
