They will ensure the performance, security, scalability, and resilience of the CAD infrastructure, support disaster recovery planning, data protection measures, and system testing. They will act as a 3rd line technical expert throughout the project, providing hands-on support for incident resolution, infrastructure monitoring, and compliance with NHS Digital standards. This role is part of a high-priority programme with tight delivery timelines and complex interdependencies. The successful candidate will have substantial hands-on experience delivering infrastructure upgrades in large, multi-system environments with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in ITSM tools, effective time management, and a commitment to continuous learning are required. Additional advantageous skills include supporting infrastructure test plans, mentoring junior staff, and delivering technical training or knowledge transfer sessions.
