Who are you?
* Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
* A confident individual with strong people management skills.
* Adaptable with a strong work ethic and flexible working techniques.
* Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
* Good IT skills.
* Full, clean driving license preferred.
* PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
* Knowledge of relevant industry health and safety legislation.
* Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.
Role Overview
* Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering scheduled maintenance.
* Manage on-site responsibilities, including timekeeping, productivity, dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
* Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
* Operate company vehicles, machinery, and equipment safely, ensuring routine checks and proper documentation.
* Perform additional duties as required by the Supervisor.
