What We’re Looking For A proven track record in managing high-quality hospitality venues Strong food and Beverage Experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor Expenditure, use of budgets, cash handling, stock control and forecasting A passion for customer experience, service standards, and team culture Understanding of licensing, health & safety, and compliance Your Responsibilities Lead, train, and support a high-performing team Drive revenue through events, promotions, and local partnerships Oversee stock control, rota management, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with all licensing and operational regulations Be a hands-on presence on the floor, setting the tone for service What We Offer
