Aquafax is the UK’s leading distributor of marine equipment, specialising in distributing the marine industry's leading brands to our extensive customer base throughout the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and enhance their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and serve customers politely, patiently, and helpfully from the moment they enter the branch.
* Operate the SOP system and handle customer transactions.
* Work towards delivering a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals.
* Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and promote a customer-first culture.
* Assist in receiving deliveries and managing stock procedures.
* Maintain the branch's cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels.
* Support the Branch Manager in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Skills And Experience
* Passion for and experience in delivering excellent customer service.
* Previous experience in a sales advisor or customer service role.
* Interest in boating and/or knowledge of the marine industry.
* Good communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and solve problems.
* Knowledge of SOP systems.
* Result-driven and motivated by exceeding targets.
