Job Title: Student Recruitment and Outreach Co-ordinator School: Marketing and Student Recruitment - Market Engagement Campus: Belfast Salary: Grade 6: £33,020 - £38,805 per annum Fixed term from 07 September 2026 until 31 May 2027 Closing Date: 15 May 2026 Reference Number: 041786 - ABOUT US - We are a university with a national and international reputation for excellence, innovation and regional engagement, making a major contribution to the economic, social and cultural development of Northern Ireland. Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - The post holder will support a wide range of recruitment activities designed to engage and recruit students to undergraduate (UG) courses and Ulster University. They will develop and deliver digital campaigns and a CRM approach to support achievement in our challenging commercial goals, including: - Working closely with the wider Market Engagement team, identifying, developing, delivering, monitoring and evaluating digital marketing campaigns for the Domestic Markets - Managing a high-quality CRM approach, incorporating leads gained through both digital and other channels to maximise conversion - Being a central point of contact on all aspects of Student Outreach and Recruitment (SOAR) activities for both internal and external stakeholders - ABOUT YOU - 1. You will hold a foundation degree, a degree, an NVQ Level 4, or equivalent qualification. 2. You will have experience of developing, delivering and evaluating a project involving young people. 3. You will have experience of contributing innovative project ideas for consideration to a range of internal/external stakeholders. Please find our employee benefits on our website.
