We are working with our client who are an Oil & Gas equipment manufacturer based in the North East of England. We are assisting the client in the search for a CNC Miller on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for setting, programming and operating machines to produce product of the required quality standards and specification. Responsibilities * Programming and operating machines to produce products to required tolerances and specifications * Using a range of materials including Non-Ferrous, Aluminium, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium * Using a variety of measuring equipment such as micrometres, verniers, plug gauges, screw plugs and ring gauges * Increase your knowledge and train on other machining processes Person Specification * A time served CNC Machinist with relevant Milling experience * Heidenhain / programming experience * Experience of working in a CNC Machining / Industrial Engineering environment * Will be willing to learn, pass on knowledge and train others * Flexible in their approach – willing to do overtime when required to suit customers’ requirements Benefits * £36k-£50k annual salary * Day shift with flexible hours (early start early finish) * Pension * 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays * Paid overtime
