What you'll be doing Managing your own multi-track personal injury caseload Handling matters typically valued £25,000, including complex RTA and injury claims Running files from issue through to resolution Working closely with senior lawyers and team leaders on more complex points Delivering excellent client care throughout the lifecycle of each case What they're looking for Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Solid experience handling multi-track personal injury claims Confident running files autonomously with minimal supervision Strong litigation, negotiation and client-handling skills Ambitious, commercially aware, and keen to develop within a leading PI team What's on offer £45,000 - £65,000 basic salary (DOE) Bonus scheme linked to performance Hybrid working model 25 days holiday bank holidays Clear progression within a large, established regional team Excellent systems, training and long-term stability Interested?
