SEN Teaching Assistant (Hinckley)Location: Hinckley, LeicestershireStart Date: After May Half TermContract Type: Full-Time (5 days per week)Salary: £100-£105 per day (dependent on experience)Aspire People are working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in Hinckley to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a rewarding opportunity to work 1:1 with a child who has Special Educational Needs (SEN). If you have experience working in a UK school setting and a passion for supporting children with additional needs, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored 1:1 support for a child with SEN needsAssist in the development of the child's learning and wellbeingSupport the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activitiesFoster a positive and inclusive learning environmentCommunicate effectively with the child's family and other professionals involvedRequirements:Proven experience working within a UK primary school settingPrevious experience supporting children with SEN (desired but not essential)Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to working with childrenAbility to work as part of a team and follow individual learning plansThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child's education and development.
