About the Role
As a Tank Transfer Agent, you'll play a key part in supporting our customers as they switch their LPG supplier. You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to make sure each transfer runs smoothly, efficiently, and with great service.
This role will start on-site during your training and settling-in period, then move to a hybrid working model once you're confident in your role.
Key Responsibilities
* Support domestic customers switching to or from Calor Gas.
* Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and letter.
* Work collaboratively with teams across the business to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Manage administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Provide support to other areas during peak periods.
