Salary: £13 per hour - £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Overview
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support a busy construction site based in Inverness city centre. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week), although we are open to discussing full-time hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Document control, including managing drawings and site documentation
* General site administration duties
* Ordering PPE and site supplies
* Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Printing and distributing drawings
* Maintaining online and electronic filing systems
* Reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing site communications
About You
* Previous experience in site administration or a similar admin role is preferred
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident with IT systems, online filing, and document management
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
