Painter, Nottingham NG7
Temporary: 4 weeks, £13.45ph, 37.5 hour per week, Tools and materials provided
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Painter/Decorator to join the team at this busy student accommodation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing rooms for residents to move into include preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and delivering a high standard of work across a variety of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, priming, and cleaning
* Apply paint, varnishes, and finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork
* Carry out minor repair work prior to painting
* Ensure a neat, tidy, and safe working environment
* Communicate effectively with team members
* Complete work to high quality standards and within agreed timelines
Requirements
* Proven experience in residential painting and decorating
* Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and reliability
