We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customs Administrator to join a busy and expanding team. As a Customs Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods across borders by preparing customs declarations, managing documentation and liaising with customers to resolve queries efficiently. The Role Preparation and submission of customs entries and declarations Liaising with importers, exporters and internal teams to obtain required information Managing and preparing documentation to support the movement of goods across borders Accurate and efficient data entry Handling customer enquiries relating to customs procedures, tariff classifications and duty rates Working collaboratively within a busy customs team environment Dealing with both import and export customs processes Working Hours Monday to Friday (NO weekends) Week 1: 7am - 4pm Week 2: 9am - 6pm The Ideal Person Will Have previous experience working within customs Experience using customs systems such as CDS, AIS or TSS Ideally have exposure to both import and export declarations (experience in one area will also be considered) Possess excellent attention to detail Be confident working on their own initiative What's in it for you? £30,000 - £34,000 salary depending on experience A supportive company culture Clear opportunities for career progression Monday-Friday working week Strong job security within a fast-growing industry If you're ready to take the next step in your customs career and join a company where your expertise will be valued, click APPLY NOW!
