About the Students Our pupils have a range of needs, including: Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Complex Needs The school operates across five specialist sites : Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and a Behavioural setting. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has experience in a similar role or with individuals with disabilities (desirable) Is confident working with challenging behaviour Can provide 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to individual needs Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills Is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic Is committed to inclusion and continuous learning Why Work With Affinity Workforce?
